Yes, we are pleased to offer complimentary Free Premium Shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a minimal standard shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your delivery address location.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment warehouse, a secure tracking link and number will be generated and automatically sent to your provided email address. You can click that link anytime to monitor the step-by-step physical status of your package.

Tracking emails are sent automatically as soon as carriers scan the package. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If it is still missing, connect with our support desk with your order number, and we will update you instantly.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your hair results. We provide a hassle-free 30-day return window for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in completely resaleable condition. For safety and hygienic compliance reasons, products showing explicit physical hair contact cannot be returned unless defective.

Please inspect your item immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit, simply email us a quick photograph or clear short video showcasing the physical defect along with your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange and ship out a brand-new replacement unit instantly at zero extra cost.

Once your return parcel is safely received and inspected by our team, your refund will be authorized immediately. The credit will be sent back directly to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card or PayPal). This process typically takes bank processors between 5 to 7 business days to reflect fully on your bank statement.

We process and route orders to our fulfillment center within a few hours of submission. If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 2 hours of placement. If the order has already been physically dispatched to the transit stream, we will not be able to cancel it, but you can smoothly initiate a return upon its arrival.
