Please note that the following item categories are strictly not eligible for standard returns or processing:
- Items or packages returned after the authorized 30-day delivery window has expired.
- Products showing physical signs of usage, external damage, or missing original box components.
- Items marked explicitly as final sale or promotional clearance at the time of checkout.
- Hygiene-sensitive beauty tech products that have been unsealed, opened, or physically verified on hair.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect gadget, please contact us within 7 days of the carrier delivery stamp with your order number and clear photographic/video proof of the physical issue.
We will prioritize your submission instantly and arrange an appropriate priority resolution, which may include shipping out a fresh replacement unit or authorizing a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.
Return shipping logistics costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item on our part.
We highly recommend utilizing a secure, trackable shipping carrier service, as Lumivco cannot be held legally or logistically responsible for return items lost or misrouted in transit during the return process.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment channel within 5–10 business days of us safely receiving, auditing, and inspecting the returned item package.
Final statement processing times may vary slightly depending on your specific bank or payment provider setup. Standard shipping charges applied at checkout are completely non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once an order package has been processed by our warehouse or physically dispatched to the transit stream, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard 30-day return process upon final destination arrival.
